Introduction

I’m pretty sure I’ve said this before, but I love apps. I would download, install, and play with apps all day if someone would let me. This time I’m going to go over a few of the apps I’ve found and enjoyed over the last few weeks. Let’s go!

iMovie

Price: Free

I recently bought a drone. I have no idea what I actually intend on using it for other than fun. One of the things that comes with drone ownership is a ton of video. I sat down last night and decided to give iMovie a try. The major perk of iMovie is that it is free.

Final Cut Pro is probably beyond what’s necessary for me, plus I don’t think I would be able to sleep to well knowing I dropped $299 on a video editor. I’m not in the business of making movies or even YouTube videos for that matter, so Final Cut Pro is probably overkill. The main thing I’m interested in doing is sticking some clips together, adding some music, adding in transitions and letting my kids “ohhh” and “ahhh” at how cool their dad is.

iMovie like most Apple released apps just works. I’ve made a couple of short clips…
